“Personal Information” is information which identifies you personally and/or can be used alone to contact you online or offline, such as your full name, user names and email address.
“Non-personal Information” does not identify you and cannot be used to contact you personally, including information such as age, gender, non-precise geolocation information (e.g., country), as well as information about mobile device, such as Internet Protocol (IP) address or other persistent identifiers, and their hardware/software/firmware. Non-personal Information also includes “Usage Data”, which is data tied to your computer and/or device, such as the actions you take within and outside of the App, the date and time of your use of the App, your game progress, play time, score and achievements.
2. Spiriteq Collects Following Information:
Spiriteq may receive and store any Personal Information and/or Non-Personal Information that you provide whenever you interact with Spiriteq. Spiriteq may use provided information to communicate with you and to improve the Spiriteq Services. Also Spiriteq and/or Spiriteq’s third-party service providers may collect Non-Personal Information through technological means. Here are some examples:
Contact Us. If you use the “Contact Us” form you will be asked to provide Personal Information, request type of inquiry, and describe the purpose for which you are contacting Spiriteq. If Spiriteq is aware that you are under the age of 13, Spiriteq will delete your email address once your request has been fulfilled.
Geo-Location Data. Spiriteq does not ask you for, access, or track any location based information at any time while downloading or using Spiriteq’s mobile Apps.
Push Notifications. From time to time Spiriteq will send you push notifications when using Spiriteq’s mobile Apps regarding alerts to new high scores, as well as other account information that may be important to you.
Other Information. You may provide other Personal and Non-Personal information whenever you interact with the Spiriteq Services.
Tracking. Technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by us and our partners, affiliates, or analytics or service providers. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.
Device Information. When you download and use the Spiriteq Apps, Spiriteq and/or Spiriteq’s third-party service providers automatically collects information on the type of device you use, operating system, App version, the persistent device identifier (“Device ID»).
Mobile Analytics. Spiriteq uses mobile analytics software to better understand the functionality of its Mobile Software on your phone. This software may record information such as how often you use the App, the events that occur within the App, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the App was downloaded from. Spiriteq does not link the information stored within the analytics software to any personal information you submit within the App.
Billing information. If you make in-app purchases, we do not collect or have access to your name or/and billing information. Such information is only collected and stored by the platform you use (for ex. Android Google Play, Apple Game Store) or any other platform’s payment processor.
3. How Information Is Used, Shared and Disclosed.
We carefully use and protect provided information of any kind. Spiriteq does not sell, rent, publicly share and generally does not disclose, your Personal Information to third-parties without your consent. The Security of your personal information is very important to Spiriteq. However none of the transmission methods over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, Spiriteq cannot guarantee its absolute security. Spiriteq and its third-party partners and vendors take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access or disclosure of the information which is collected by Spiriteq.
Non-personal Information may be used by Spiriteq for administrative, analytical, research, optimization, security and other purposes. Specifically, Spiriteq may use your Non-personal Information to:
- track your use of Spiriteq Apps to help us learn more about your gaming activities to enhance your gaming experience;
- compile statistics;
- protect against cheating, crime or fraud, or for other security reasons;
- determine the jurisdiction in which you are located so we can determine what set of laws apply to you;
- this data may be used for internal purposes such as personalization of content and contextual (not behavioral) advertising.
4. How long do we store data
How long we store your personal information depends on the purpose for which we originally collected it. We will not retain personal information for longer than is necessary for our business or for any legal requirements.
5. Social Media:
When you register for Spiriteq games using Facebook, VK or Google Plus, use Facebook or VK likes or Google Plus, or share links through these services, Spiriteq accesses only data already provided to Facebook, VK and Google in accordance with their Privacy Policies, and is only granted access to that information via the permissions necessary to use the games or services. Spiriteq may from time to time review Facebook, VK and Google Plus data such as age, location, gender, friends lists in order to improve our games and services. This information may be stored in cookies or on our secured servers. Spiriteq does not share or sell this information with any party.
6. Children Under 13
We respect the privacy of parents, guardians, and their children, and we are committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and EU standards. Children under 13 may not enter personally identifiable information during the registration process (they must use a parent’s or guardian’s email address). We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, and if in the event that a user identifies himself or herself as a child under the age of 13 through a support request, we will not collect, store or use, and will delete in a secure manner, any personal information of such user.
If at any time a parent or guardian believes that his or her child has submitted personal information to Spiriteq, he or she can contact us at email@example.com. Spiriteq will make reasonable efforts to delete the information after learning that it relates to a child under the age of 13.
We may also collect Non-personal Information, such as a device ID or other persistent identifier linked to the device or computer, which may be used by a child to play our App. The data collected will be anonymous and not tied to any Personal Information. In addition, this data will be used solely for internal purposes such as personalization of content, security, and contextual (not behavioral) advertising.
7. In-App Purchasing
Some of Spiriteq Apps provide additional content for a fee – usually when buying an item or an amount of in-game currency to make gameplay faster or more fun. Parents and guardians should be aware that they can enforce passwords to prevent one-touch purchases and before any purchase for real money. Parents and guardians are responsible for maintaining their password security.

Spiriteq may use different ads and ad-relating features from third-party advertising companies. They may collect and use non personal information in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. These companies may:
- access network state to check whether the user is connected to internet,
- use Internet Connection to load and serve ads,
- click stream information, time and date, player behavior in order to provide advertisements about goods and services likely to be of greater interest to you
Spiriteq has third-party ads in free versions of Spiriteq mobile Apps and, provided that you are age 13 or older, Spiriteq collects your advertising ID and may pass it to advertisers to enable certain advertising. Spiriteq does not store or otherwise save your advertising ID.
10. Concerning EU users
Due to new EU Regulation (GDRP, 2016/679) we have to specify how personal data is processed (including how it is collected, used, protected or interacted with in general).
Legal Basis: we are collecting, using and sharing your personal information depending on purpose why we use your personal information. Generally we rely on the following: (i) your consent; (ii) if processing is in our legitimate interest; (iii) if processing is in legitimate interest of our Ad Partners or Service Providers. If you give us the right to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
We also may transfer your personal information outside the EU, due to the fact, that some of our partners are located in counties outside the EU. Unfortunately we cannot ensure that the other countries have the same level of data protection as the laws of your country of residence. In this case we rely on model contractual clauses and/or the Privacy Shield certification for such transfers.
